Chief Builder, Distinguished Solution Engineer, Maestro

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Builder, Distinguished Solution Engineer, Maestro to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape and scale technical enablement for a broad community of solution engineers, architects, and service leaders across the organization. The position will focus on building practical, high-impact frameworks that improve how technical teams design, explain, govern, and deliver solutions. It will also serve as a trusted bridge between the field and product leadership, translating real-world customer insights into better outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical credibility, strong executive presence, and the ability to turn hands-on expertise into repeatable programs that raise capability at scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and design internal technical enablement programs for various technical teams
• Build curriculum and certification paths to enhance product capability across regions and teams
• Define technical standards for builds, ensuring they are tested, governed, and explainable
• Create a reference library from successful fieldwork for reuse by technologists
• Lead high-stakes technical engagements and provide clear answers to senior customer inquiries
• Gather real-world insights from the field to share with Product teams for continuous improvement
• Develop a network of technical leaders to sustain enablement efforts effectively

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution engineering, technical architecture, or professional services at a senior technical level
• Deep working knowledge of the platform and its metadata, including Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience building with AI coding agents and understanding their strengths and limitations
• Proven ability to scale technical enablement from a few experts to thousands of practitioners
• Established credibility with Solution Engineers, architects, and service leads through hands-on experience
• Excellent communication skills tailored for diverse audiences including engineers, executives, and customers
• Willingness to travel as needed
