About the Role

Olympus Ventures LLC is seeking a Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to lead the company's corporate communications strategy, public messaging, media relations, and internal communications. The CCO will work closely with executive leadership to develop clear, consistent, and effective communications across key stakeholders and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's global communications strategy.
• Lead corporate messaging, positioning, and communications planning.
• Manage media relations and relationships with relevant external stakeholders.
• Develop executive communications, speeches, presentations, and key messages.
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate communications for corporate announcements and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage, industry developments, and relevant public discussions.
• Work closely with marketing, legal, investor relations, and business teams.
• Maintain consistent corporate messaging across communication channels.
• Manage external communications agencies, consultants, and media partners.
• Advise executive leadership on communications strategy and messaging.
• Lead and develop communications team members.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or a related field.
• Previous senior leadership experience in communications.
• Strong experience developing corporate messaging and executive communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing media relations and external communications programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and crisis communications capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in financial services, investment, technology, or related industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $189,580.84 - $257,882.30 per year
