Education/Experience

• Previous experience within past 5 years in NATO NCS/NFS at operational level (OF-4/OF-5) ;
• Experience developing logistics vignette-based exercises in NATO environment ;
• Experience with content development methodologies IAW Bi-Sc 75-003 ;
• Leadership positions in content management or MEL/MIL ;
• Experience planning and executing NATO exercises (LOYAL LEDA, LOYAL DOLOS, STEADFAST) ;
• Experience in CAX/CPX full planning cycle at NATO training centres ;
• Experience working with Regional Plans (RP-C or RP-SE) ;
• Native English language speaker or individual presenting very good command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at the level of (SLP) NATO STANAG 6001 - 3333 (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) .

Desirable Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification ;
• Mission experience ;
• Comprehensive Operational Planning Course ;
• Familiarity with NATO FAS .

• Scripting Workshops ;

• Delivering vignettes to Training Audience ;

• Supervising vignette development ;

• Monitoring BR and coordinating injects ;

• Coordinating EXCON activities ;

• Delivering EXCEN briefs ;

• Coordinating CCIR and RFI matrix ;

• Delivering EXDIR updates ;

• Participatin g in BR events and working groups ;

• Managing BR events and adjudicating ;

• Participatin g in EXCON and EXCEN core tasks ;
