To ensure the timely preparation and delivery of quality food and beverage meals to clients through the strict monitoring of food preparation, inventory control of stocks, and the implementation of kitchen and cooking standards.
Minimum Job Specifications:
*College graduate of Culinary Arts or any other related course.
*With year/s of experience as Chief Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
*Can do Inventory, Food Safety and food costing
*Can handle people
*With good Leadership
