Chief Digital Officer (CDO)

Role Description The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at شركة عنوان نجد العقارية will lead the development and execution of the company’s digital vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. This part-time, remote role involves overseeing digital transformation initiatives, guiding technology adoption, and ensuring that digital investments deliver measurable value. The CDO will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement digital strategies, optimize processes, and enhance customer and stakeholder experiences. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating current digital capabilities, prioritizing and managing digital projects, setting performance metrics, and providing clear guidance on data, systems, and platforms. The CDO will also monitor emerging technologies and market trends, recommend improvements, and ensure that digital practices comply with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy, with a proven ability to design and drive end-to-end digital initiatives.
• Experience in IT Strategy and Strategic Planning, including aligning technology roadmaps with organizational goals and resource constraints.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, with the ability to scope, prioritize, and deliver multiple digital projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of real estate or property management operations, or the ability to quickly learn sector-specific processes and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex digital topics in simple terms.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional, and multicultural environments, with strong self-management and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Digital Innovation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
