The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead digital strategy and transformation initiatives. This executive role will focus on leveraging AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies to support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation strategy.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data across the business.
• Lead digital innovation and technology-driven growth initiatives.
• Improve digital customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and strategic digital partnerships.
• Establish KPIs to measure digital transformation and business impact.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in digital transformation, technology, or innovation.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, SaaS, and data-driven business models.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Experience in industrial technology, engineering software, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, international technology company.
