Chief Embryologist

·      Provide KPI reports re laboratory performance

• Train subordinate laboratory staff

-     Monitor and perform all routine in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures and maintenance and administrative activities in the embryology laboratory including but not limited to oocyte collection, IVF, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo transfers and embryo culture.

• Embryo Biospy

·           Perform routine andrology procedures in the laboratory, such as semen analysis, sperm DNA fragmentation analysis.

·           Maintenance of equipment and laboratory supplies

·           Maintain storage and disposal of specimens, and cryopreserved gametes and embryos.

·           Perform all laboratory quality control procedures.

·           Data entry and generation of reports.

·           Additional duties as required.
