Chief Engineer

Job Desc:

• Serve as primary technical contact for client facility operations, managing delivery of engineering services and maintenance of all building systems (MEP, civil, architectural, landscape).

• Lead technical team including recruitment, performance management, and development. Coordinate contractors and conduct monthly performance evaluations.

• Monitor compliance with SOPs and SLAs. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular reports against KPIs. Establish consistent reporting cadence.

• Drive client initiatives including cost savings, energy management, and sustainability programs. Conduct user satisfaction surveys and maintain updated facility drawings.

• Respond immediately to operational disruptions affecting safety and comfort. Manage maintenance tracking systems and coordinate with authorities for permits and license renewals.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, building management, and regulatory agencies.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree of Tehnik Mesin/Electro
• 5 years of commercial real estate experience (Building), including country specific experience
• Have SKA/SKK Ahli Perawatan Bangunan Gedung minimal Madya
• Proven capacity to successfully manage a business contract including ability to understand, interpret and respond to management, operational and financial information and trends
• Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organisations
• Knowledge of EHS and building statutory requirements
• Ability to think strategically and develop real estate solutions
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure, possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
