Chief Engineer

• Overall responsibility for the hotel’s Engineering and Maintenance operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, fire-fighting and other engineering systems.
• Supervise and guide the engineering and maintenance team.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and government authorities as required.
• Monitor engineering expenses, energy consumption and maintenance costs.
• Maintain all engineering records, licences and statutory documents.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum disruption to hotel operations.
• Candidates must have a valid PWD Licence and relevant hotel industry experience.
• Good knowledge of hotel engineering systems and team management is required.

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
