What they need
About the role
Chief Engineering role responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and civil systems in building operations and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and maintenance of building equipment and systems
- Operate mechanical, electrical, and civil instrument systems in the building
- Schedule and assign tasks to technicians
- Create routine reports to supervisors and Building Manager
- Create operational budget and preventive maintenance schedule for Engineering Department
- Manage MEP building systems, Master Control Fire Alarm (MCFA), Genset, Chiller, HVAC and Lift
About you
- Minimum 3 years experience as Chief Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong leadership and analytical capabilities
- Ability to develop preventive maintenance schedules
- Proficiency in Sipil & MEP building systems, MCFA, Genset, Chiller, HVAC and Lift
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Willing to be placed anywhere
