Chief Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in engineering operations management within a hotel, resort, or residential development environment.
• Strong background in engineering operations, facilities maintenance, and building systems management.
• Proven expertise in the operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical utilities and building systems, including RO/Water Treatment Systems, STP, pumps, generator sets, electrical distribution systems, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Knowledgeable in applicable building codes, fire safety, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage manpower, maintenance programs, operating expenses, capital projects, and departmental budgets.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders.
