Chief Engineer

• Coordinate daily Hard FM operations across the Data Center sites, ensuring critical systems are maintained safely, reliably, and in line with operational requirements.
• Lead and guide MEP site teams, technicians, shift teams, and vendors to complete planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance works as scheduled.
• Monitor equipment performance, defects, incidents, and service requests for timely resolution.
• Support compliance, safety, maintenance records, manpower planning, and continuous technical improvement.

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years

• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP engineering, facilities operations, or critical infrastructure maintenance.
• At least 3–5 years of experience supervising engineering teams, technical operations, or maintenance activities.
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical distribution, UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems, fire protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, technical incidents, and equipment reliability.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, and technical teams across multiple sites.
• Data Center or mission-critical facilities experience is strongly preferred.

Travel & Mobility Requirements

• Required to travel regularly between Bukit Jalil, Cyberjaya, and Nilai.
• Provide technical supervision and engineering support across all three sites.
• Conduct site inspections, equipment assessments, maintenance reviews, and technical audits.
• Must be available to travel between locations to support critical equipment failures, technical emergencies, and operational requirements.
