What they need
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily engineering, maintenance, and technical operations of the apartment building
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of MEP systems, utilities, equipment, and facilities
- Lead the engineering team and coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations and standards
- Monitor engineering costs, energy efficiency, and maintenance performance to support smooth building operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in apartment, residential, property, hotel, or commercial building
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and safety standards
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills
- Relevant technical certification/license is an advantage
