Chief Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data center facility operations, ensuring uptime, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and monitor critical MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and BMS.
• Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure service quality, SLA, and compliance.
• Ensure effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance and support engineering projects.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate technical and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and client standards, while identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Engineering/Facility Management, preferably in Data Center, Commercial Building, or other critical facilities.
• Experience in MEP systems, maintenance, vendor management, and team supervision.
• CDCP and/or CDFOM certification is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of facility operations, safety, compliance, and risk management.
