Chief Estimator/Procurement (Roads & Infrastructure)

Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs and specifications

Prepare pre-qualification documents and requirements for tenders

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates

Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

Prepare and submit tenders through e-tendering portals, including SAP Ariba, DMT, CMW, etc

Coordinate with planning, procurement and project teams

Prepare rate analysis, bid comparisons and tender clarifications

Maintain tender records and a cost database

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

5+ years of estimating experience in roads and infrastructure

Experience with SAP Ariba, DMT, CMW projects and other tendering platforms

Preferably worked with a main contractor

Good knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-off and rate analysis

Proficient in MS Excel; estimating software is an advantage

Strong analytical and communication skills

UAE experience required
