About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Group. This is a full-time position and represents a pivotal opportunity for an experienced executive to shape the strategic direction and operational excellence of our organization. As CEO, you will be the principal executive responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and strategic vision of the company. This role carries significant influence across all business functions and requires a proven ability to drive organizational transformation, build high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable shareholder value.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the organization's overall strategic vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans

• Providing visionary leadership and setting the tone for the company's culture, values, and ethical standards

• Overseeing all operational areas of the business, ensuring efficient and effective execution of strategic initiatives

• Leading the senior management team and fostering a high-performance organizational culture

• Managing financial performance, budgeting, and capital allocation to maximise profitability and return on investment

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Driving innovation and identifying new business opportunities for growth and market expansion

• Representing the company in external forums, industry conferences, and public engagements

• Reporting to the Board of Directors on company performance, strategic initiatives, and key metrics

What we're looking for:-

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior executive roles, ideally with at least 5+ years as a Chief Executive Officer or equivalent C-suite position
• More than 10 years of proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage P&L, capital budgeting, and investor relations
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic mindset with experience in business transformation, organizational restructuring, and operational optimization
• Proven experience in stakeholder and board management with strong governance understanding
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is highly desirable
