Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Singapore to appoint its next Chief Executive Officer. This is a growth-focused leadership role for an experienced executive who can shape strategy, drive business development and lead the organisation into its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organisation’s strategic plan, in line with its vision and mission

Drive revenue growth through new services and partnerships

Lead business development to strengthen the organisation’s market presence

Build and sustain strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and government stakeholders

Secure and manage funding, including grants and government funding schemes

Oversee the quality, relevance and continuous improvement of programmes and services

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

18+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles, with deep knowledge of the Singapore market

A proven track record in business development, partnership management and revenue growth

Experience with funding, such as grants, government schemes or other sources

Experience in professional services is a strong advantage

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills
