The Opportunity

Support Care Philippines, Inc., the dedicated offshore arm of a leading and renowned Australian healthcare group, is seeking a distinguished executive leader to serve as our Chief Executive Officer.

This is more than a leadership role; it is a capstone mandate. As the primary steward and Country Head, you will be the architect of our Philippine success, bridging world-class Australian standards with local operational precision. You will lead a complex, multi-functional organization encompassing Operations, Finance, Administration, and Facility Management, ensuring our workforce of 100–200 professionals operates with institutional synchronicity.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Australian Head Office, the CEO holds total accountability for the entity's operational integrity and organizational harmony. Your focus will be on:

• Strategic Stewardship: Translating Australian strategic intent into local operational reality.
• Operationalizing Excellence: Ensuring the physical office, departmental synergies, and our employees work in perfect unison to achieve clinical outcomes set by our Australian directors.
• Institutional Growth: Leading the scaling of our workforce and physical footprint (office and infrastructure) to meet the expanding demand for high-quality care.
• Governance & Compliance: Maintaining 100% adherence to DOLE, Data Privacy, and local statutory requirements, upholding our reputation for ethical governance.

About You
We are looking for a leader with a deep sense of professional pride and a proven track record of institutional building. You likely possess:

• Distinguished Experience: 20+ years of professional leadership, with at least 10 years at the CEO, Country Head, or Managing Director level within the BPO or Shared Services sector.
• Proven Scale: Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling operations consisting of 100–200+ FTEs.
• Bicultural Fluency: A sophisticated understanding of the AU-PH corporate corridor and the ability to manage high-level Western stakeholder expectations.
• Operational Maturity: Experience in managing multi-departmental organizations and physical office footprints tailored to high-compliance service delivery.
• Educational Pedigree: A degree from a reputable institution; MBA, CPA, or relevant post-graduate credentials are highly preferred.
• Executive Gravitas: The ability to lead with dignity, inspire accountability, and foster a performance-driven culture.
