Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies that promote growth, sustainability, and mission fulfillment
• Lead executive-level teams across departments such as operations, finance, marketing, and development to ensure cohesive execution of organizational objectives
• Foster strong relationships with the board of directors, providing strategic advice and regular updates on organizational performance
• Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, financial planning, and fundraising efforts for business development and program expansion
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Ensure operational excellence through effective management of day-to-day activities, resource allocation, and process improvements
• Lead fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and community engagement efforts to support organizational sustainability
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability throughout the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate strategy development or nonprofit strategic management with a track record of successful leadership roles
• Strong background in executive leadership with experience managing diverse teams at an organizational level
• Expertise in business management including financial oversight, operational management, and strategic planning
• Demonstrated success in fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations or business growth initiatives
• Excellent collaboration skills with board members, senior leaders, staff, and external partners
• Deep understanding of nonprofit financial management or corporate financial practices with experience managing budgets at an executive level
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive organizational culture
• Prior experience supervising senior staff members and managing complex projects or programs

Pay: $73,496.95 - $88,512.45 per year
