Chief Executive Officer

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $280,000 – $320,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day operations of the hospital
• Ensure quality patient care is delivered cost-effectively
• Plan and direct short and long-range objectives to meet financial/non-financial goals
• Create synergy between people, processes, and strategies
• Attract, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs
• Drive revenue growth through new business strategies
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Communicate key information to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of five years in Healthcare Administration with progressive responsibility
• Proven leadership ability across management levels
• A strong commitment to community engagement
• Proficiency with computer operations, including word processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
