- Translating complex robotics and autonomous-vehicle technologies into commercially viable products, services, and deployment models.
- Developing strategic relationships with automotive manufacturers, autonomous-driving companies, robotics developers, technology platforms, infrastructure providers, government entities, and institutional investors.
- Establishing a disciplined operating framework with measurable objectives, financial controls, deployment milestones, and clear organizational accountability.
- Overseeing the transition from pilot programs and early commercial deployments to repeatable, scalable operations.
- Guiding product strategy in collaboration with engineering and technical leadership while maintaining strong alignment between customer requirements, technical roadmaps, and commercial priorities.
- Leading enterprise sales, partnership development, and market-expansion initiatives in the United States and selected international markets.
- Representing the company with investors, customers, regulators, industry partners, media, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensuring that safety, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management, and responsible deployment are incorporated into the company’s operating model.
- Developing a strong, mission-driven culture that attracts and retains exceptional engineering, operational, and commercial talent.
- Maintaining effective governance and transparent communication with the Board of Directors and the company’s principal investors.
Qualifications
- Significant executive leadership experience within robotics, autonomous vehicles, automotive technology, artificial intelligence, mobility, industrial automation, or another technically complex sector.
- Previous experience as a CEO, President, General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, or senior business-unit leader in a high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to scale a venture-backed company through commercialization, institutional financing, and organizational expansion.
- Experience leading or materially supporting Series B or later-stage capital raises, including engagement with venture capital, strategic investors, and institutional capital providers.
- Strong understanding of the commercialization requirements for integrated hardware, software, AI, and infrastructure products.
- Proven ability to convert technically advanced products into compelling customer propositions and sustainable revenue models.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships with automotive manufacturers, technology companies, robotics platforms, fleet or infrastructure operators, government agencies, or enterprise customers.
- Strong financial and operational capabilities, including capital allocation, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and long-term business planning.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, business development, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, machine learning, robotics, product, safety, operations, and commercial functions.

- Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage credibly with engineers, researchers, customers, investors, and strategic partners.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making ability in capital-intensive, rapidly evolving, and operationally complex markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to operate with a high degree of ownership, urgency, and direct involvement during a critical stage of company development.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, business, finance, or a related discipline required; an advanced technical degree or MBA is preferred.
