Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the company's overall business strategy, operations, financial performance, and growth. The CEO will develop strategic partnerships with digital marketing and performance marketing agencies, manage senior leadership, improve profitability, and build a scalable dropshipping business.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop company strategy, business plans, revenue targets, and growth objectives.
2. Build and manage partnerships with digital marketing and performance marketing agencies.
3. Lead business development, agency acquisition, onboarding, and partnership management.
4. Supervise finance, marketing partnerships, operations, logistics, customer service, and human resources.
5. Monitor advertising expenditure, product costs, order fulfilment, RTO rates, and net profit.
6. Establish KPIs, departmental targets, budgets, and performance review systems.
7. Recruit, develop, and manage senior executives and department heads.
8. Negotiate strategic agreements and establish long-term business relationships.
9. Identify business risks, improve operational efficiency, and maintain financial controls.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, contracts, taxation, and business regulations.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, company size, responsibilities, and business performance.
