CEO — Digital Asset Payments Bank Remote (UK or Europe)+ equity

We're hiring a CEO for a fast-scaling digital asset payments bank sitting at the intersection of banking, fintech, digital assets and cross-border payments.

This isn't a caretaker role. Six C-suite execs will report directly into this position, and the mandate is to take the business from scale-up to institutional-grade. You'll be the person regulators, banking partners and investors look to as the credible face of the organisation.

The number one requirement: regulatory credibility. You'll represent the business directly with regulators and banking partners, and you'll need to have done this before, not managed it from a distance. If you've built regulator trust from scratch in a licensed financial institution, this is built around you.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Owning the regulatory and licensing strategy as the business scales internationally
• Leading and holding accountable a six-person C-suite
• Building banking, payments and financial institution relationships globally
• Driving the digital asset and stablecoin strategy - OTC markets, institutional digital asset flows, the works
• Working hand-in-glove with the CFO on strategy

Who we're looking for:

• CEO, Co-CEO or senior C-suite experience in banking, fintech, payments or digital assets
• Real, hands-on experience working directly with financial regulators in multi locations, not just compliance oversight from above
• Genuine understanding of cryptocurrency, stablecoins and digital OTC markets and relevant working experience in
• Track record scaling or transforming a regulated financial services business
• Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience leading senior executive teams
