Chief Financial Controller

1.Lead and oversee the company's accounting and finance functions.

2.Maintain the books of accounts, subsidiary ledgers, and other supplementary accounting records.

3.Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

4.Generate reports on the company's operational results and financial condition.

5.Analyze and interpret consolidated financial statements to support management and executive decision-making.

6.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

7.Oversee bookkeeping functions and all accounting-related activities.

8.Administer and monitor the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.

9.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and business performance.

10.Evaluate the financial viability of prospective projects, investments, and business opportunities.

11.Lead the implementation, optimization, and effective utilization of ERP systems and other financial technologies.

12.Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, banks, and other stakeholders as required.

13.Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.

14.Mentor, supervise, and develop the accounting and finance team to achieve organizational objectives.

15.Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Chairman or Vice Chairman.
