首席財務官 Chief Financial Officer / CFO

詳細工作內容：

1. 管理公司財務、預算、現金流、審計、稅務、銀行賬戶及管理報表。

2. 負責FRR、監管資本、流動資本、財務資源及資本充足監控。

3. 建立費用審批、預算控制、管理報表、現金流預警和財務風險預警機制。

4. 對接審計師、銀行、會計師、稅務顧問及監管相關事項。

5. 監控客戶資金、公司資金、應收應付、供應商付款及營運成本。

任職要求：

1. 有香港持牌金融機構財務管理經驗。

2. 熟悉SFC FRR、監管資本、審計、客戶資金及銀行賬戶管理。

3. CPA、ACCA、HKICPA或同等資格優先。

4. 英文財務文件、審計溝通和監管溝通能力強。

Detailed Responsibilities：

1. Manage corporate finance, budgeting, cash flow, audit, tax, bank accounts and management reporting.

2. Responsible for FRR, regulatory capital, liquid capital, financial resources and capital adequacy monitoring.

3. Establish expense approval, budget control, management reporting, cash-flow alert and financial risk warning mechanisms.

4. Liaise with auditors, banks, accountants, tax advisers and regulatory-related parties.

5. Monitor client money, company funds, receivables, payables, vendor payments and operating costs.

Requirements：

1. Finance management experience in Hong Kong licensed financial institutions.

2. Familiar with SFC FRR, regulatory capital, audit, client money and bank account management.

3. CPA, ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

4. Strong English financial documentation, audit communication and regulatory communication skills.
