Financial Operations & Reporting

• Produce clean, accurate, timely financials and dashboards
• Deliver a Monthly Executive Financial Summary with insights, trends, risks, and recommendations
• Ensure revenue integrity, payer tracking, and capture of every dollar earned
• Maintain data accuracy across DigiChart, AdvancedMD, and financial systems
• Identify and correct system failures before they become problems 3.

Leadership & Management (LMA)

• Own and facilitate the Finance L10 (EOS)
• Provide clarity, direction, and accountability to the Finance team (Finance Director, Billing Manager, Data Analyst, AP/Compliance, Accountant)
• Ensure departmental Rocks are defined, executed, and completed each quarter 2.
