Job Summary

Concept Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Finance function and contribute to the company's long-term growth and business excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
• Manage financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and cash flow.
• Ensure statutory, regulatory, and legal compliance.
• Develop financial policies, controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Drive profitability through financial analysis and business insights.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
• Support the Board of Directors and senior management with strategic financial recommendations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial performance monitoring.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
