🧠 Experience: 8+ years in finance leadership, with strong foundations in FP&A, Controlling and Accounting

🎯 What you'll be doing:

• Owning the long-term financial strategy, roadmap and capital structure across markets
• Leading the full FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and board-ready insights
• Ensuring world-class controlling, accounting, compliance and internal controls across jurisdictions
• Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, COO and leadership team on growth and capital allocation
• Building scalable systems, processes and governance ready for fast multi-country expansion
• Leading, coaching and growing high-performing Accounting, FP&A and Controlling teams
