Industry: Manufacturing Chemical & Insulator
Experience: 15+ Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead HR operations across manufacturing units and corporate office.
• Develop and strengthen HR policies, SOPs, processes and organization structure.
• Drive manpower planning, talent management, recruitment, retention and succession planning.
• Establish effective performance management(PMS), KRAs/KPIs and appraisal systems.
• Manage employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary matters and labour compliance.
• Review compensation, salary structures and incentive plans.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and organizational development.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HR & Administration team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of HR experience, with strong leadership exposure.
• Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in Plant HR, IR/ER, labour laws and HR operations.
• Proven experience in developing HR systems, policies and processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
