Chief Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to provide strategic leadership for our people agenda and shape a high-performing, values-driven healthcare organization. Reporting to the Group CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the CHRO will lead the organization's human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession, leadership development, culture, employee engagement, rewards, labor relations, and HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organization's human capital strategy
• Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Drive succession planning and leadership development
• Shape organizational culture and employee engagement
• Manage rewards and labor relations
• Lead HR transformation initiatives

About you

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 7–10 years at senior executive level
• Significant experience in hospitals, healthcare systems, or complex healthcare organizations
• Proven track record of leading large and diverse workforces and driving organizational transformation
• Master's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
• Exceptional strategic leadership, executive presence, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or relevant healthcare leadership certification preferred
