Chief Manager - IT System Integrator (Corporate Campus Project)

A large diversified financial services group is hiring a Chief Manager to orchestrate the design, integration and lifecycle management of a corporate campus's digital ecosystem - hybrid cloud, smart campus IoT and enterprise applications. Reports to the Project Head - IT.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute integration roadmaps merging BMS, campus IoT networks and enterprise application layers
• Standardise environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible); build API-driven, microservices-based hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Integrate NOC / SOC, cloud ops, hardware staging and campus automation
• Own technical BoMs, OEM sourcing, vendor staging and lab testing; hold system integrators to strict SLAs
• Move campus operations to predictive AIOps with automated self-healing workflows
• Maintain ISO 27001 and data compliance; implement security controls and network segmentation
• Run FAT, SAT and integrated testing; deliver documentation and handover to IT operations

Must have: minimum 4 years in a leadership or programme role overseeing large physical environments - technology parks, corporate mega-campuses or industrial smart facilities - plus depth in Kubernetes, AWS / Azure / GCP, HCI, SDN and IaC.
