Core Responsibilities L&D, OD, Employee Engagement & Analytics

• Identify training needs and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to address skill gaps.
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs.
• Drive leadership development, competency mapping, and talent development initiatives.
• Support organizational development, change management, and culture transformation initiatives.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee experience, motivation, retention, and workplace culture.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, training ROI, employee engagement scores, and other HR KPIs.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze attrition, retention, workforce productivity, and employee performance trends.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
• Track the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend continuous improvement measures.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
