Chief Manager, New Product Development

Key Result Areas:

• Preparing Technical Particulars / Design Datasheets & Cross-sectional drawings for EHV, HV, MV XLPE, Solar, MVCC Cables as per Indian & International standards
• Preparing manufacturing guidelines for plant production team
• Knowledge of Indian Standards (IS) & International Standards (IEC, BS, AS/NZS, UL etc)
• Raw material estimation (Bill of material) calculation for cable costing
• Calculations of all Electrical parameters applicable for HV/EHV cable
• Calculation of accessories for EHV cable turnkey projects along with cable system design
• Ability to design new products
• Knowledge about Raw materials of HV/EHV cable
• Knowledge about HV/EHV cable testing
• Familiar with SAP/AutoCAD / CYMCAP

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in new product development for high voltage cables or related industries.
• Proficiency in drawing creation using Autocad software.
• Strong understanding of cable design principles, including conductor selection and insulation materials.
