Chief Medical Technologist

1. Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory from a recognized institution.
2. Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with a current and valid PRC license.
3. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant clinical laboratory experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory operations, quality assurance programs, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
5. Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory personnel effectively.
6. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
7. Proficient in laboratory documentation, reporting, and inventory management.
8. Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
