• Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Financial Management:
• Work closely with the CFO & Other to develop and manage the company's budget.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze financial data, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and assess potential risks related to real estate development projects.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Stakeholder Relations:
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, government officials, and community members.

• Extensive experience in managing multiple high-rise residential projects.
• A min of 5-7 years of professional experience within the Hyderabad region.
• A track record of overseeing at least 4-5 completed or ongoing projects in Hyderabad.
