Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of executives to achieve organizational goals, providing guidance on strategy development, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline operations, and optimize workflows.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in COO role or similar position.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from initiation to execution with excellent results.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and ability to apply them effectively across multiple functions.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in building high-performing teams.
