Chief Operating Officer

• Plan and manage operations across all branches in alignment with company strategy
• Lead branch management teams, doctors, service staff, and support departments
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control systems
• Drive new branch expansion — from site selection to recruitment and training
• Collaborate with the marketing team to boost promotions and sales performance in each region
• Implement operational technology solutions such as CRM systems, appointment booking, and teleconsultation platforms
• Analyze customer and operational data to continuously enhance service quality

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi-site operations in service-based industries (Retail, Clinic, Wellness, or similar)

• Strong understanding of franchise systems and multi-branch operational management

• Demonstrated leadership with excellent team management and on-site problem-solving skills

• Experience leading a company through the IPO / public listing process is a strong advantage

  Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekends off)
