Future-Readiness Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership roles, with specificexpertise in sterile injectable formulations (antibiotics, oncology, and general therapeutics)

Educational qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm + MBA or B.Tech in ChemicalEngineering/Biotechnology + Executive Leadership Program preferred

Comprehensive understanding of GMP requirements and global regulatory frameworks

Experience with digital transformation of manufacturing operations

Knowledge of advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies

Understanding of pharmaceutical quality management systems

Experience with operational excellence initiatives in regulated environments
