Job summary

We are currently recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our client, a leading organization with diverse operations across lubricant manufacturing, additives/chemicals importation and distribution, and plastic manufacturing.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and production operations.
• Ensure optimal plant performance, capacity utilization, downtime reduction, and yield improvement.
• Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Oversee importation logistics for additives, chemicals and raw materials.
• Optimize supply chain networks and supplier management.
• Ensure quality assurance, HSE and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee operational budgets and cost control.
• Lead and develop plant, supply chain, logistics and operations teams.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and workforce optimization.
• Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, cost control and capital investments.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
