Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization’s operational functions and drive sustainable growth. Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and goals
• Lead business development management efforts to identify growth opportunities and expand market presence
• Oversee business operations, including process improvement initiatives, operational analysis, and project management
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
• Manage budgets meticulously, including executive-level budget management, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis
• Implement large-scale organizational change management to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal priorities
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop strategic planning frameworks and data-driven decision-making processes
• Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation and accountability
• Ensure compliance with financial management standards while maintaining transparency in operational activities
• Lead efforts in operational management, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and process optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with extensive supervisory experience in managing diverse teams
• Strong background in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, and change management strategies
• Expertise in business development management, strategic planning, and large-scale organizational change management
• Demonstrated ability in budget management, forecasting, financial management, and profit & loss analysis
• Excellent verbal communication skills with executives and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Skilled in project management methodologies and program management to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities to analyze operational metrics and inform strategic actions
• Deep understanding of business operations across multiple functions including finance, HR, supply chain or technology sectors
• Leadership qualities that inspire innovation while maintaining focus on organizational goals

Pay: $260,267.83 - $322,064.48 per year
