. Company Operations & Strategy

• Lead day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and company values.
• Develop and implement policies, systems, and workflows to support efficient operations and scalable growth.
• Work closely with the top management on long-term planning and business direction.
• Ensure projects and deliverables meet time and quality

2. People & Culture Leadership

• Foster a people-first culture that promotes motivation, engagement, and psychological safety.
• Manage team leaders and employees, ensuring consistent performance and cross-team collaboration.
• Champion Scandinavian work values: transparency, balance, mutual respect, and continuous feedback.

3. Client Relations & Service Delivery

• Support the alignment of internal teams with client goals and expectations.
• Handle high-level client interactions with operational oversight.

4. Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement

• Work with client and team leaders to establish KPIs and reporting systems to track team performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, tools, and communication channels.
• Implement operational best practices when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Operations Experience – 5+ years in operations, business management, or related roles, ideally in a service-oriented or production environment.
• Strong Leadership & People Management – Experience managing diverse teams and building a healthy work culture.
• Client Relations Experience – Comfortable communicating with clients and managing service delivery.
• Execution-Oriented – Can turn plans into action and drive measurable results.
• Excellent Communication – Clear, confident English communication (verbal and written).
• Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong eye for structure, follow-through, and quality control.
• Adaptable & Resourceful – Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Bonus: Familiarity with creative production or tools like SketchUp and Lightroom is a plus, but not required.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
