Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization’s operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Lead business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee business operations, including process improvement initiatives, operational analysis, and large-scale organizational change management to optimize efficiency.
• Manage budgets meticulously, including forecasting, financial management, and executive-level budget oversight to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
• Drive change management initiatives across the organization by leading projects that improve workflows, implement new systems, and foster a culture of adaptability.
• Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, providing guidance on operational management, project management, and strategic planning.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to inform strategic management decisions that enhance operational performance and support profit and loss analysis.
• Cultivate strong verbal communication with executives and stakeholders to align operational objectives with overall business strategy.
• Oversee operations management functions such as resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Lead efforts in operational analysis to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with extensive supervising experience in large-scale organizations.
• Demonstrated success in managing business development initiatives and executing strategic planning at an executive level.
• Strong background in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, project management, and change management.
• Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with executives and diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of business operations management principles coupled with experience in managing complex organizational change projects.
• Skilled in data-driven decision making with a focus on strategic management and operational efficiency.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through large-scale organizational change while maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.

Pay: $26.00 - $45.00 per hour
