Chief Operating Officer

Freshminds has been retained by a leading luxury consumer goods firm who are looking to bring in a new COO to power their growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual operational forecasts and develop strategies to improve efficiency, scalability and business performance.
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations, strengthening processes and ensuring consistent standards across the business.
• Identify new market and international expansion opportunities to accelerate sustainable growth.
• Drive digital transformation and operational improvement, including the effective use of CRM systems, sales administration, stock systems and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and present operational recommendations to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Executive experience within FMCG brand, ideally worked in chaotic environments with proven expereince simplyfing and improving efficiencies
• Financially astute and previous ownership of P&L
• Experience embedding AI and digital transformation within a business
