Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a group of companies. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and operational management. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships. In-depth knowledge of the local business landscape and regulatory environment. Innovative mindset and the ability to lead the group through change and growth.
