Job Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) turns strategic priorities into coordinated, measurable business operations. You’ll lead operational management across teams, guide business development, and partner with executive leadership to strengthen performance and support sustainable growth. This role calls for clear judgment, strong financial oversight, and the ability to lead change across a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct business operations and operations management, aligning programs and projects with strategic plans and organizational goals.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and process improvement; use operational analysis and data-driven decision making to identify issues and improve execution.
• Oversee financial management, budget management, executive-level budget management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
• Manage business development and change management, including large-scale organizational change, with clear plans, ownership, and communication.
• Build and supervise senior leadership and executive-level teams; communicate priorities and decisions effectively with executives.

Pay: $178,000.00 - $213,000.00 per year
