PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Strong experience in Ayurvedic, Unani, Herbal, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG or related manufacturing. Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory and vendor management.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding.
• Computer Savvy.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Experience in establishing SOPs, systems, KPIs and MIS.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and cross-functional teams.
