Kavilla Group is a Phuket-based real estate development company established in 2013. We have completed one development in Rawai, with two more currently under construction in Phuket and Phang Nga.

We are a small, passionate, smart, hardworking, and fun team, and we are looking for an enthusiastic COO to join us as we continue to grow.

About the role

Kavilla Group is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the team. You will be a strong leader who reports directly to the CEO, overseeing and coordinating a growing organization. You will work closely with the CEO to oversee construction progress, coordinate related activities, and ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the CEO
• Work closely with the CEO to oversee construction progress, coordinate related activities, and ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with company objectives
• Oversee and manage all department heads, including Sales, Marketing, and Estate Management
• Oversee all personnel and human-resource matters across the organization, including recruitment, and hiring
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments
• Drive operational efficiency and support the company's overall growth and objectives
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams across the organization
• Ensure departments are aligned with company strategy and performance goals

About you

• Thai national
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role
• Proven experience leading an organization or multiple departments
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Able to work effectively with different teams and personalities
• Construction, property development, or real estate experience is an advantage but not required
