Chief Operating Officer (COO)

**Comprehensive Operations Leadership:** Directly manage core operational functions (such as logistics, warehousing, production, and customer service) to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. In sectors like asset management, this may involve direct oversight of middle- and back-office functions such as fund operations and investor services.

**Strategic Planning and Execution:** Participate in formulating long-term growth strategies and lead the translation of these strategies into actionable operational plans and processes to drive business expansion and innovation.

**Financial Performance and Risk Management:** Assume responsibility for the company’s P&L, lead budgeting and cost control initiatives, and monitor operational KPIs to ensure financial health. Simultaneously, ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS regulations) and manage legal, risk, compliance, and audit matters.

**Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management:** Lead and build high-performing teams, driving digital transformation and process optimization to enhance organizational efficiency. Act as a key liaison—facilitating coordination and communication—between the CEO and various departments, regional teams, the Board of Directors, and external partners.

Pay: $195,000.00 - $276,000.00 per year
