ROLE: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operations Officer to oversee and optimize our daily operations, drive organizational efficiency, and ensure the effective execution of our mission. You will work closely with the executive team to implement strategies that promote growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

WORK MODE: Hybrid

SALARY: ₦600,000 per month

EXPERIENCE: 5–8 years

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute operational strategies that align with organizational goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement and monitor KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Optimize processes, systems, and resources for maximum productivity.

Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.

Identify risks and implement solutions to improve organizational resilience.

Support business growth initiatives and ensure exceptional service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

★ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

★ 5–8 years' experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

★ Proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth.

★ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

★ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

★ Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools.

★ Strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
