We are recruiting on behalf of our partner, a growing company operating across fintech, financial services, and payments. They are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day operations and support sustainable business growth.

Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will lead business operations, improve processes, and ensure teams and resources are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Location: Abuja

Work Mode: Onsite
Salary: ₦1.2M – ₦1.3M gross monthly

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient execution across business functions.
• Develop and improve operational processes, systems, and performance standards.
• Work closely with leadership to translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
• Monitor business performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Ensure effective coordination across teams while maintaining strong operational controls and service standards.

Who You Are

• Experienced operations leader with a strong background in fintech, financial services, or microfinance banking.
• Proven experience managing teams, processes, and cross-functional operations.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations, controls, and regulatory environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₦1,200,000.00 - ₦1,300,000.00 per month
